By listing your RV space on RVNBO.com, you agree to the following:
Hold Harmless Agreement

You agree to hold RVNBO.com harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that arise from the use of your RV space by guests.

• Waiver of Liability: You waive any right to sue RVNBO.com or its affiliates for any reason related to the rental of your RV space.
• Indemnification Clause: You agree to indemnify and hold RVNBO.com, its owners, affiliates, and employees harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the rental of your RV space.

By listing a property, RV space, campsite, or parking location (“Listing”) on this platform, the Host represents and warrants that they are solely responsible for ensuring that the Listing and any rental activity conducted on the property complies with all applicable laws, regulations, zoning ordinances, permitting requirements, tax obligations, and land-use restrictions at the local, county, state, and federal levels.

The Host agrees that they have verified that short-term rentals, RV parking, camping, or overnight occupancy are permitted on the property and that any required permits, licenses, insurance policies, inspections, or approvals have been obtained prior to accepting bookings.

The Host further agrees to comply with all health and safety requirements, utility regulations, waste disposal regulations, fire codes, occupancy limits, and any homeowners association (HOA), covenant, or private land-use restrictions that may apply to the property.

The platform does not verify zoning, permitting, or legal compliance of any Listing and assumes no responsibility for determining whether a Listing is lawful. The Host acknowledges that they are solely responsible for compliance and any fines, penalties, legal actions, damages, or disputes arising from the use of the property as an RV rental, campsite, or overnight accommodation.

By publishing a Listing, the Host certifies that the information provided is accurate and that they will maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for the duration of the Listing. The Host agrees to immediately remove or suspend the Listing if the property becomes non-compliant with applicable regulations.

The Host agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, fines, penalties, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising out of or related to the Host’s Listing, regulatory compliance, property use, or rental activities.

By continuing, the Host acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full legal responsibility for their Listing and rental activities.
